Cesare Ignazio, a squat, muscular Kindred of Sicilian descent, arrived in New York in early 1999, where he served as the personal aide and bodyguard to Regent Carter. Blunt and direct, he had few dealings with Kindred outside of Clan Tremere. Some months later, he engineered an assault upon the haven of Alex Petersen, a Brujah, which he then claimed to have committed in revenge for some personal slight. In August of 1999, to preserve the delicate peace between the city's Brujah and Tremere, Regent Carter agreed to remove Cesare from New York. Cesare's current location is not known.
