What is Psi-13 Web Design?

Psi-13 Web Design is a hobby-based site run by Geoffrey J. Schaller.  I used to host sites for clubs and other organizations for fun (not profit), but as Hosting has become relatively cheap in the past few years, I've changed my focus to Web Design rather than Web Hosting.  I usually do design / hosting for groups I am affiliated with on a non-profit basis - that is, I design the site as a favor or because I am interested in promoting the organization.
